Bachelor's degree in chemistry from Federal University of Juiz de Fora (Brazil), doctorate degree in physical chemistry from University of São Paulo (Brazil) and 3 years as a postdoctoral researcher at Institute of Chemistry of the University of São Paulo (Brazil). My international experience includes two internships: University of Porto (Portugal) and Rutgers University (USA). Moreover, I participated in national and international conferences in countries such as England, India, Chile, United States, and France. I have published 23 scientific articles in indexed international journals and I am inventor in 3 patent applications. My experience includes experimental techniques such as: Raman, FTIR, UV-Vis, and NMR spectroscopies, X-ray scattering (WAXS, SAXS and XRD), DSC, TGA, DVS, HPLC, DLS, zeta potential, PSD analysis by LD, liquid and powder rheologies, as well as computational simulation techniques (classical molecular dynamics and quantum chemistry calculations). I have been working in R&D area in Eurofarma Laboratories, a brazilian pharmaceutical company, since 2018. The work concerns mainly preformulation development, including radical innovation (preclinical formulation and solid state characterization), the development of new products and the maintanence of company portfolio products.
