Dr. Zhang Yufeng earned his Ph.D. degree from the Institute of Pharmaceutical Informatics at Zhejiang University. He is highly skilled in pharmaceutical analysis, specifically in liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, as well as in the field of chemometrics. Dr. Zhang possesses advanced programming proficiency in a wide array of languages, including Perl, Python, PHP, C++, MATLAB, R, JavaScript, and Lua.
Throughout his career, Dr. Zhang has created several notable software applications. Among them is the Drug Registration Evaluation Assistant, which has been authorized for use and boasts annual sales exceeding 3 million RMB. He has also developed software for the differentiation of metabolites.
In the realm of pharmacokinetic modeling, Dr. Zhang has effectively employed tools such as NONMEM and Phoenix for in vivo and in vitro modeling analyses across various projects within his team. His related research work has been published in esteemed international journals, including the Journal of Control Release and AAPS Journal.
Furthermore, Dr. Zhang has harnessed the power of artificial intelligence, employing deep learning and natural language processing techniques in the development and upkeep of herb-drug interaction databases. This innovative approach has significantly reduced the manual labor required for data collection and information extraction, marking a significant advancement in the field.
