Due to the requirements of the early adopters on Continuous Manufacturing for oral solid dosage applications, the equipment and processes are perceived as being inherently complex and interlinked. However, by adopting modular approaches the processes can be much simpler and easier to develop than traditional batch processes. This talk will address ways to approach continuous manufacturing using different modular approaches to reduce process development time and minimize API consumption while simultaneously reducing equipment footprint.
