Diversity and Inclusion are about making every member feels like they have access to opportunities and resources, have a voice, and have a sense of belonging. However, a successful team is typically made up of multi generations and typically have many people with different approaches solving the same problem. If the differences are aware, their strengths can be leveraged to be an asset to the corporation as well as it can be easy to jump to assumptions, leading to miscommunication and inefficiency.
This session will help us to explore different generations and the unique skill sets that each of these generations can bring to the group. An interactive discussion will be developed to gain an understanding of multigeneration workforce and insights to work across generations and leverage different approaches to drive a diverse team. Members will be sought from different groups to take part in the discussion.
