I am pursuing my doctoral study in clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics. My current research focuses on drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics (DMPK), preclinical and clinical pharmacology studies of novel compounds designed to become useful in pediatric oncology.
Other than lab-based PK studies, I have in-depth hands-on skills in population PK, PKPD and PBPK modeling approach. As a clinical pharmacologist and pharmacometrician, I would like to use insights from PK modeling to design better clinical studies (drug-drug interactions, adverse drug effects, dose adjustments in special populations).
