Manjusha Annaji is currently a Ph.D. student in Pharmaceutics at Auburn University. Her research focuses on the fabrication of different 3D printed dosage forms, such as orodispersible films, polypills, and polymeric implants for treating various chronic diseases. She recently published a review paper titled ‘Application of extrusion-based 3D printed dosage forms in the treatment of chronic diseases’. Her research also focuses on developing novel surface coatings on 3D-printed metal implants for orthopedic applications. She was awarded a Presidential Graduate Research Fellowship at Auburn University to pursue her doctoral degree in emerging areas of excellence.
