Khaled Galal, Ph.D., is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the College of Pharmacy, University of Texas at Austin.
Dr. Galal earned his Ph.D. in Molecular Pharmaceutics and Drug Delivery from the University of Texas at Austin, where he currently conducts his postdoctoral research. His research primarily focuses on the formulation of biologic dry powders, with a strong emphasis on enhancing the stability of mRNA LNPs, protein subunit vaccines, bacteriophages, live-attenuated viruses, bacteria, extracellular vesicles, and oligodeoxynucleotides. Additionally, Dr. Galal possesses expertise in improving the solubility and bioavailability of poorly water-soluble drugs using various types of nanocarriers.
He is a prolific author with numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals and actively contributes to the academic community by serving as a reviewer for several journals.
