Description: All-in-one” co-processed excipient can lead to a simplified drug development process, reduced manufacturing costs, and accelerated time-to-market. In this study, core omeprazole minitablets were developed by mixing the drug with the "all-in-one" co-processed excipient using a direct compression method, as recommended by an algorithm-based tool. Additionally, delayed release omeprazole minitablets were successfully prepared using a sub-coating of polyethylene glycol- polyvinyl alcohol graft copolymer seal coating followed by the enteric coating with methacrylic acid-ethyl acrylate co-polymer (1:1) dispersion.
