Description: Effective strategies for monitoring particles in biotherapeutics are critical to meet regulatory requirements and mitigate drug safety risks. Flow imaging microscopy is an increasingly common approach for characterizing subvisible particles, particularly when paired with orthogonal and complementary analytical techniques such as light obscuration and DLS. This presentation will discuss its applications for monitoring protein and viral & nonviral vector aggregates as well as cells in protein and cell & gene therapies.
