The goal of this work is to develop a non-invasive CT imaging approach to achieve real-time imaging of in situ forming implant and understand the drug release dynamics inside the polymer matrix. The impact of polymers and drug properties on the performance of the in situ forming implants is explored. Information from imaging approaches and performance tests would improve the understanding of the implant formation process and drug release dynamics of in situ forming implants by in vitro and in vivo studies.
