This presentation will discuss how the BBB is a critical component of limiting drug delivery to brain tumors. In spite of common lore, the BBB is intact in regions of all glioblastoma (GBM) and during resection various molecules can be measured that give insights into the condition of the BBB and how it may influence drug delivery.
